If your jewellery has been exposed to intense light, perfumes or any other chemicals, you may notice over time the silver may darken slightly. If this does occur, your Daisy London jewellery can be cleaned using a very soft specialist jewellery cloth. Alternatively silver pieces can be cleaned gently with a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water.


Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewellery cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your jewellery over time. We also do not recommend the use of any jewellery polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or polishing agents.




Our Bar bracelets use premium-grade waxed cord and whilst this cord is very durable, it is still a fabric product and extra care must be paid to keep it looking and feeling like new. We advise removing corded products before bathing or swimming to protect the overall finish.




We understand your Bar bracelet may have been on a few adventures with you, which is why we offer a re-cording service.


For the 4 bar bracelet the service costs £7.00, where your cord will be replaced.


For the 8 bar bracelet the service costs £10.00, where your cord will be replaced.


For the 16 bar bracelet the service costs £15.00, where your cord will be replaced.

To minimise any scratching or tangling to your jewellery, ensure necklaces and bracelets are fastened.


Please be aware that oils, perfume, and beauty products can alter the quality of any plating. We recommend applying your make up and perfume before putting on your jewellery. We also would recommend not wearing gold or silver-plated jewellery to swim in, as chlorine can permanently tarnish the plating, as can sun creams and oils.


Jewellery should always be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.




Our sterling silver, gold and rose gold plated jewellery have a warranty of 12 months with proof of purchase. Please note that in order for the warranty to be valid you will have to return to us your faulty item in full in order to receive a replacement.

Important information: Our warranty does not entitle you to receive a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items.
